DESCRIPTION:The 10th edition of the ‘Crystallography and Large Scale Fac
 ilities’ school will take place at the SOLEIL synchrotron site in Saint-
 Aubin from 2 to 6 November 2026.\nThe main objectives of this thematic sch
 ool are to enable participants to reconnect with the fundamentals of cryst
 allography: acquiring the theoretical foundations of crystallography and i
 ts methods\, and using software for the determination and refinement of cr
 ystal structures. All disciplinary fields utilising crystallography are co
 vered. It provides a state-of-the-art overview of the possibilities offere
 d by various experimental methods and\, in particular\, at large scale fac
 ilities (i.e. synchrotron\, neutron and XFEL sources).\nAt Master’s leve
 l\, it is aimed at PhD students\, postdoctoral researchers\, engineers\, l
 ecturer-researchers and researchers\, as well as current or potential user
 s of major research facilities.\nThis five-day course comprises lectures\,
  tutorials and practical sessions. It enables participants to quickly enga
 ge with applications and to link the training directly to their research w
 ork. The course also fosters close interaction with lecturers from major F
 rench laboratories specialising in crystallography and experts in their fi
 elds\, and facilitates exchanges with participants from various discipline
 s.\nThe course\, accommodation and meals will be provided at the SOLEIL sy
 nchrotron site. The language of instruction is English and places are limi
