LEAPS welcomes you to its 6th Plenary Meeting, hosted by Synchrotron SOLEIL, from 18 to 20 October 2023.
The event will start on Wednesday, 18 October 2023 with a LEAPS internal day. On the program are a report on European Commission funded projects, a status report of LEAPS project proposal 2024, followed by parallel meetings of all WGs and SGs and LEAPS projects.
On Thursday, 19 October 2023 the program starts with WGs and SGs reporting on their activities, followed by two Public Sessions on topics of strategic relevance for the LEAPS community. Prominent speakers from the European and National Research Infrastructure landscape, Academia, Policy & Funding will present and discuss socio-economic impact assessments.
On Friday, 20 October 2023, the LEAPS General Assembly (GA) and the Coordination Board (CB) Meeting will be held (open only to members of the GA and of the CB, Associates and RDB Chair).
Networking coffee and lunch breaks are planned on all the days, as well as two special dinners where participants can share some convivial moments with colleagues from all over Europe.
